OVINGSHGR M/39C
History & Usage*
The difference between model M/39B and M/39C is that in addition to the string in M/39C being replaced by an articulated iron pull wire, it is that at the top of the practice hand grenade sleeve M/39C is a pin riveted. The pin has the function of holding the practice blast cartridge in place as no blast cartridge position is present in the practice hand grenade.
